At Milford Spa Lofts, we make every effort to give our visitors a fair, valuable and beneficial experience. We believe that our policies do just that. Read about them below and contact us with any questions you may have.

All packages expire in one year.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

All no shows will be charged full service.

While the spa's website lists standard pricing for services, please note that all therapists operate as independent contractors and have the flexibility to set their own individual rates. Therefore, pricing may vary based on the therapist's discretion.

If you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our spa atmosphere.

You cannot book two 1-hour massages back-to-back. If you are wanting a 2-hour massage you have to select the 2-hour massage option which is $230.

Couples massage are NOT in the same room.

Accepts all forms of payment. No cash on premises - exact change only!

No returns.
As a spa guest, it is your responsibility to:

Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns.

Communicate complete and accurate health information.

Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.

Quiet, Please: Turn off cell phones upon check in and speak softly. We are a haven for all those coming here to relax and enjoy a tranquil stress-reducing experience.
